Juan Bravo Apartment

Juan Bravo Apartment

Versatility is a character shared by Alvic and Héctor Ruiz Velázquez, which is why this quality is reflected in the projects in which the architect works with the materials of the Jaen-based firm: from the most experimental to those of a more conventional typology. In his latest comprehensive refurbishment of a 1948 flat, he has managed to conceive an open and luminous dwelling thanks to a layout that breaks with the existing one.

Héctor Ruiz Velázquez fluidly sculpts the kitchen, the living room, the four bedrooms, the two full bathrooms and the entrance hall that make up this residence with theatrical and palatial overtones. All crowned with the Syncron Woodline 02 range by Alvic, which, together with the supermatt Zénit Arena surface, is combined with the whiteness of the marble to provide that warm touch that any habitat demands
